Oggetto
Le presenti Condizioni Generali hanno per oggetto l'acquisto di prodotti e di servizi, effettuato a distanza tramite rete telematica sul sito Alex-Games.com, appartenente all’autore Alessandro Dolcetta, con sede in Pianoro, Via Casale n° 3. Ogni operazione d'acquisto sarà regolata dalle disposizioni di cui al Dlgs n. 185/99 e, per quanto concerne la tutela della riservatezza, sarà sottoposta alla normativa di cui alla Legge n. 196/2003 e successive modifiche.
Accettazione delle condizioni generali di fornitura
Il Cliente, con l'invio telematico della conferma del proprio ordine d'acquisto, accetta incondizionatamente e si obbliga ad osservare nei suoi rapporti con l’Autore, le condizioni generali e di pagamento di seguito trascritte, dichiarando di aver preso visione ed accettato tutte le indicazioni a lui fornite ai sensi delle norme sopra richiamate, prendendo altresì atto che l’Autore stesso non si ritiene vincolato a condizioni diverse se non preventivamente concordate per iscritto.
Impegni del Cliente
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita devono essere esaminate on line dai Clienti visitatori del sito Alex-Games.com prima che essi confermino i loro acquisti. L'inoltro della conferma d'ordine pertanto implica la totale conoscenza di esse e la loro integrale accettazione. Il Cliente si impegna ed obbliga, una volta conclusa la procedura d'acquisto on line, a stampare e conservare le presenti condizioni generali di vendita, già visionate ed accettate durante il processo d'acquisto effettuato, al fine di soddisfare integralmente la condizione di cui agli artt. 3 e 4 del Dlgs n. 185/1999.
Modalità d'acquisto
Alex-Games è un sito telematico di vendita di giochi, giochi da tavolo, giochi di carte, il tutto in formato elettronico (Adobe Acrobat PDF). Gli acquisti dei prodotti, disponibili così come illustrati e descritti on line nelle relative schede descrittive e tecniche, è effettuato dal Cliente al prezzo ivi indicato, da confermare al momento dell'inoltro della conferma d'ordine. Prima della conferma dell'acquisto al Cliente verrà riepilogato il costo unitario di ogni prodotto prescelto. Confermando l'acquisto, a completamento della transazione, il Cliente tramite PayPal visualizzerà la Data, l'Importo complessivo del proprio Ordine, il dettaglio dello stesso e il link per il download del/dei prodotto/i acquistato/i, previa conferma di avvenuto pagamento.
Pagamenti
Il pagamento dei prodotti acquistati dovrà essere effettuato durante la conferma di acquisto, via Carta di Credito o Paypal. L'evasione dell'ordine avverrà a conferma di pagamento avvenuto.
- PayPal: E' necessario possedere un account valido su PayPal per poter effettuare questo tipo di pagamento. Il pagamento tramite PayPal avviene mediante transizione telematica immediata nella maggior parte dei casi
- Carta di Credito: Sono accettate le Carte di Credito previste da PayPal. La transazione attraverso Carta di Credito è immediata. Il presente contratto sarà regolato dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia relativa alla validità, interpretazione o esecuzione del medesimo contratto la competenza territoriale è del giudice del luogo di residenza o di domicilio del consumatore, se ubicati nel territorio dello Stato.

The general conditions presented here concern to the product purchasing, through the website Alex-Games.com, belonging to the Author Alessandro Dolcetta, located in Pianoro (Bologna), Via Casale n° 3, Italy. Each transaction is ruled by Italian law (dlg n. 185/99).
Agreement upon sales conditions
By confirming his/her purchase on the website Alex-Games.com, the customer accepts in his relations with the Author the general conditions and the payment conditions which follow; furthermore he/she agrees to have read all the guidelines which have been shown following the rules aforementioned. He/she agrees also that the Author doesn’t follow different conditions if these are not previously written down with the customer.
Obligations of the customer
Before purchase confirmation the customer must read these conditions of use. Upon sending the order confirmation, the customer agrees he/she is aware of these conditions and accepts them.
Upon fulfilling the online purchase, the consumer must print and retain these conditions of use to the scope of satisfying the conditions expressed on the artts. 3 and 4 of the Dlgs n. 185/1999.
Formality of purchase
Alex-Games is a web site which sells games, board games, card games, all of which are books in electronic format (Adobe Acrobat PDF). No items sold by this web site have physical form. The purchase of items, available as shown on line in their respective pages, is made by the customer at the shown price, which will be confirmed at the moment of the order sending. Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the single product cost and the total products cost, if more than one product is being purchased. Upon confirming the purchase, after fulfilling the transaction and after the payment confirmation, the customer, towards PayPal, will have displayed the Date, the total Cost of his Purchase, the details of the Purchase and the download link of the appropriate product(s).

Every controversy related to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contracts of purchase stipulated "on line" through the site web alex-games.com is submitted to the Italian jurisdiction; present general conditions bring him, for how much not expressly anticipated here, to the combined one had the Art. 7 D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196. For Italian customers, any controversy among the parts regarding the present agreement the Hole in whose the consumer district has his/her own domicile, will be competent; for all the other customers (outside Italy) each controversy will be of exclusive competence of the Hole in Bologna.
